With these heartfelt words, the now 93-year-old Mrs. Toos van der Valk - "Grandma Toos" - welcomed over 60 guests to an exclusive lunch in honor of the 3rd Toos Rosé.
In true French style, the guests have been spoiled with delicious dishes, all naturally complemented by the fantastic flavor palette of this new rosé.
An actual "chansonnier" completes the atmosphere.
Due to the special blend of grape varieties Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle and Carignan, a fresh yet robust blend is created, giving this rosé a delightful body.
The grapes are also harvested at night and pressed immediately, allowing them to retain their freshness even more strongly, even after further maturation of the wine in stainless steel tanks.
This makes the wine a perfect addition to lunch, a drink, or as an aperitif for a dinner in the evening sun.
