Let's get started:
1. Mix 240 milliliters of water and 200 grams of sugar in a saucepan. Place the pan over medium to low heat. Ask an adult to help you with this. Stir the mixture in the pan regularly until the sugar is dissolved. Turn off the heat or stove and set the pan with the sugar syrup aside.
2. Rinse the strawberries with water and remove the stems. Put the strawberries, 120 milliliters of water, and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a blender or a bowl. Blend with the blender or immersion blender until the strawberries are completely pureed.
3. Pour the strawberry puree through a fine sieve into a jug. Use a spatula to extract as much strawberry juice as possible. Discard the leftovers in the sieve.
4. Squeeze the juice from the lemons. You can also buy ready-made lemon juice, in that case use about 225 milliliters. Pour the lemon juice into the pitcher.
5. Add the homemade sugar syrup from the saucepan to the pitcher. Now you can add water. It depends on how big your pitcher is, but aim for about 1 liter. Stir all the ingredients well.
6. If you like, you can add some extra strawberries to the lemonade. Cut the strawberries into four pieces. You can also add lemon slices for extra flavor. It looks nice too! Stir the lemonade a little extra.
7. Pour the lemonade into a glass with ice cubes. Stir before drinking.
