Coca-Cola reintroduces Share a Coke campaign: find your name on the iconic Coca-Cola bottle

After more than ten years, Coca-Cola is bringing back the iconic Share a Coke campaign. The campaign, which once replaced the brand logo on packaging with names, will receive a contemporary relaunch in 2025 with a strong focus on connection and the importance of offline connections. With over 150 popular names and 10 commonly used nicknames on Coca-Cola packaging, as well as the option to personalize cans with custom names, Coca-Cola invites consumers to enjoy meaningful moments together. 

New generation, new relevance  
In a time where new generations are constantly connected through digital platforms, the renewed campaign offers a fresh approach to 'sharing': physically sharing a Coca-Cola and celebrating real connections. Coca-Cola responds to this by not only offering personalized packaging, but also by organizing activations that encourage live meetings.
 
Personalization platform 
Coca-Cola offers consumers the opportunity to personalize their own 330ml Coca-Cola cans (Original Taste & Zero Sugar) through a special online platform. The platform not only allows them to put their name on a can, but also to participate in exclusive contests.
 
Spectacular prizes and musical experience 
Participants in the giveaway on the platform have the chance to win exclusive musical prizes, such as tickets to popular national and international music festivals. Think of big concerts at the Ziggo Dome, or festivals like Sziget, Tomorrowland, and Lowlands. Music brings people together, which perfectly aligns with the values of Coca-Cola.
 
Summer activities throughout the Netherlands 
In addition, Coca-Cola will be traveling throughout the Netherlands this summer with special Share a Coke activations. During these interactive experiences, which take place in major cities, at festivals, in shopping centers, and at hospitality locations, consumers can create their own personalized cans and create unique content together with friends.

 

Available from April. 
The new Share a Coke products will be available from April in supermarkets, hospitality venues, and on-the-go locations. The campaign runs from mid-April to August and will be enhanced during the summer with surprising pop-up activations throughout the Netherlands.
